Still Waters Elementary will be taking our first field trip of the year on September 28th.  The students will visit Gwinnett Fire Station 11 for a tour of the facility! Gwinnett Fire Station 11 In preparation for the trip, our elementary class will be holding a nonperishable food drive! Did you know fire fighters can work in shifts of 24-48 hours, during which time they will actually live at the fire station?  We ask that all families please participate in this great opportunity to surprise our local neighborhood firefighters with some yummy snacks and also teach our children one of many ways to give back to these brave men and women of our community that protect us every day! Big Changes Coming to Publix Partner Program!

  Attention Grocery Shoppers! Starting October 1st, Publix grocery will no longer accept the usual Publix Partner Cards we've come to love. September 30th will be the last day the cards will be accepted for scan during checkout. The Publix Partner Program continues and Still Waters is participating, but we need your help! Before October 1st, remember to go online to Publix.com and sign up for a Publix account.  After registering, sign in and choose Still Waters Learning Center as your participating school. Now at the register during check outs just enter the phone number used for your account setup and Publix will continue to donate a portion of the sale to our school!
