School Happenings: Bible Time and Black History!

Day School Bible Time has finished our journey through the Creation Story! We are now moving on to Noah's ark and as part of their engagement activity the little ones are enthusiastically making clouds to bring the rain Noah will need to float the ark! Elementary has been having a great time delving into history this February! Throughout the month, our scholars are creating "Biography Posters" to learn about some key figures in African American History. Students will be presenting their posters to each other on Wednesday, February 28th!

Still Waters Schools will be closed this Monday February 19th in observance of President's Day. School staff will be taking advantage of the day to participate in a school-wide training all day!  Have a great long weekend and we will see you on Tuesday 2/20!

Happy Valentine’s!

Happy Valentine’s!

About Us, Parents
SWLC classrooms had a great time this past Wednesday as we shared God's love with one another in celebration of Valentine's Day! Our Valentine's party was a lot of fun!  During the Valentine's exchange, students brought cards and candies to school for their classmates, and as our "homework" for the evening, they were encouraged to pass out special Valentine's treats to their friends and neighbors to help learn the value of sharing.  Thanks to all the teachers, parents and volunteers who helped make this a memorable event for our young scholars!
