The students enjoyed their field trip to the University of Georgia where they got to pet an alligator and learn about aquaponics and fisheries research. ______________________________________________________________
To K-12 Parents, Curriculum Night will be rescheduled to Tuesday, September 29th via Zoom. Teachers will be sending you a Curriculum Night Zoom Meeting link next week. Please note that all SWIA schools (K-12 and Day School) will not be in session on Monday, September 7th, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Have a wonderful long weekend and we will see you back on Tuesday, September 8th!
On Friday, September 11 during lunch, grandparents are welcome to join their grandchildren for lunch at school! If you would like to come, please kindly RSVP with your homeroom teacher. Only guests who RSVP and have been approved will be allowed in the building. Please kindly wear a mask and send in your temperatures before you arrive. If you are not able to come, all grandchildren will be making a craft for their grandparents that will be sent home that day to be given or mailed to their grandparents. A flyer will be going home in HW folders soon with more detailed about the event, and the safety policies to help make this a fun and healthy event!
